Document automation has been part of our practice for years. Using Legito, we have automated a wide range of legal documents and connected document generation with internal and external data sources. This allows us to produce structured legal documents faster, more consistently and with less manual input.
For AI-assisted legal work, we combine specialist legal platforms with selected general-purpose AI tools. Jonsbok supports legal research, while Microsoft Copilot and Claude are used for drafting, analysis, research and working with larger sets of information. We do not use these tools merely as standalone chat interfaces: where appropriate, we build structured skills, agents and automated workflows around them to make their use more consistent, repeatable and effective.
Confidentiality and data security are central to our approach. We apply strict internal rules governing which tools may be used for which types of work and what information may be processed in each environment. New technologies are assessed not only for their functionality, but also for their security, data handling and compliance framework.
Alongside third-party solutions, we also develop targeted tools and AI-powered workflows of our own, particularly where technology can be embedded directly into an existing legal or administrative process.
