New head of our banking group

Ádám Boross will lead our banking and finance group from August. Ádám, who joins us from Deloitte Legal, has more than 10 years of experience in international law firms. Having worked at Baker & McKenzie, Bird & Bird, Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Deloitte Legal, he has represented clients in complex and, in a significant number of cases, cross-border financing transactions, as well as advised on financial regulatory and compliance matters.

Ádám will be assisted by two experienced senior lawyers, István Gere and Boglárka Zsibrita, who are well known in the banking and finance market. "I feel we have assembled a very strong banking and finance team. This gives us the opportunity to not only focus on the domestic banking and finance market in a narrow sense but also to play a role in financial regulatory issues and to get involved in cross-border transactions." - commented Pál Jalsovszky.
