New Practice Areas: Employment, White-Collar Crime, IP/IT, Data
While we already regularly advise our clients on employment law matters, with the arrival of senior attorney Zoltán Tarján, this practice area will now have a distinct profile. Dóra Nagy and Eszter Csáki are also available to advise our clients, and we continue to rely on the work of Miklós Molnár as an external advisor. In addition to classic employment law services, our activities also include immigration law and whistleblowing services.
Following international trends, we are launching our new practice area dedicated to white-collar crime. Our team members represent both defendants and victims of business-related crimes, conduct criminal due diligence and internal investigations, and establish criminal compliance processes. This area will be headed by Péter Barta and Henrik Bereznai, and we can benefit from the experience of Bálint Gyene, external attorney.
Responding to the challenges of digital transformation, modern technology and social networks, our IP/IT, Data protection practice will also take on an independent role in the future. In this area, our clients can contact Gábor Kerekes in copyright and intellectual property matters and Zoltán Tarján in IT and data protection issues. The team is also supported by our junior lawyer, Ádám Hilgert.
